▪️Work = 20 Seconds
▪️Change = 10 Seconds
▪️Rest = To Recovery
Start next round as soon as recovered.
💭 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦:
▪️Stop exercising when you start to lose form beyond a reasonable level, it’s not about causing injury, it’s about preventing them; that’s why we’re here.
▪️Some exercises are tricky, if you find it too hard, simplify the movement by taking out the hard part. i.e instead of ‘jump squats’ just do regular bodyweight squats.
▪️Have fun, this is the most important.
