I'm a Personal Trainer but more so a Sport Scientist.
My style of coaching is based on a solid postural foundation, monitors energy systems and tracks the intensity / recovery relationship improving overall physiological indicators of fitness.
There's no point working for the sake of working! Work to improve on weaknesses or perform better, never both at the same time.
As a current competing athlete [Defensive-End / Line-Backer] at Sussex Thunder AFC I'm very aware of the physiological demands of sport and able to use my sport science education to clearly define your path. This could be improving your game, building a more effective / efficient fitness base or recovery coming back from injury.
